1. Universal Studio OS Inclusions

All registered studio accounts on Pholume have full access to all 16 platform features, including 13 luxury typography showroom themes, 2-way Adobe Lightroom Classic auto-sync, Studio Gear Locker ERP, and client selection notes.

2. Soft-Lock & No-Deletion Policy

If a studio subscription lapses without renewal, existing client galleries and Cloudflare R2 photos are never deleted. The workspace enters a soft-locked state allowing existing client links to remain active and viewable while pausing new photo uploads until renewal.
