Pholume enforces a permanent constitutional guarantee: zero facial recognition indexing, zero facial geometry harvesting, and zero biometric tracking. Client photographs are private family heirlooms, never training data for public AI models.

2. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance & Data Sovereignty

We comply fully with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Studios and clients maintain complete sovereignty over their data with short-lived presigned URL delivery and atomic cascade deletion on request.
